Has Anyone Ever Been Lost In Space

Some people have been killed during space missions but none of those deaths involved a person getting lost in space also it is extremely unlikely.

Space seems to be a safer. Though the apollo missions never lost an astronaut during a spaceflight two fatal accidents did occur during related activities. Many others have lost their lives on the ground launching to space or training for space missions but only 3 people have ever actually died in space.
