Latex Line Spacing
Line and paragraph spacing arbitrary size spaces nhspace length makes a horizontal space.
Latex line spacing. Linespread factor the factor is somewhat confusing. Before your begin command doublespacing will make the text of the whole document double spaced. Use nhspace to force space even at line breaks.
In latex a document is typeset one paragraph at a time and these paragraphs are broken into lines of equal width. There are two different ways to change line spacing in latex. Where value is set using any of the latex units.

0 means it will be easily ignored and 4 means do it anyway. Use linespread 1 3 for one and a half line spacing and linespread 1 6 for double line spacing. Baselineskip is a length determining the minimum space between the bottom of two successive lines in a paragraph.
