Plenum Space
The quality or state of being full.

A plenum space is a part of a building that can facilitate air circulation for heating and air conditioning systems by providing pathways for either heated conditioned or return airflows usually at greater than atmospheric pressure. One that receives air from a blower for distribution as in a ventilation system 2. A full assembly as a joint legislative assembly.
However some drop ceiling designs create a tight seal that does not allow for airflow and therefore may not be considered a plenum air handling. Space between the structural ceiling and the dropped ceiling or under a raised floor is typically considered plenum. The state or a space in which a gas usually air is contained at a pressure greater than atmospheric pressure.
A general assembly of all members especially of a legislative body.
